2010 NPT Review Conference Calendar of Events
Kozue Akibayashi (WILPF (international) Vice Presdient) should be involved in the No Bases workshop. Is there a slot for her with one of the workshop panels?
She was present at the founding conference in Ecuador and the US Okinawa, which is her priority issue. I don’t know what workshops she would fit into–perhaps “No Bases,” a workshop on the Marshall Islands, perhaps one sponsored by the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation, with which she works closely. Vandenberg AFB would definitely be part of the equation. Another specialty of hers is the “nuclear umbrella agreement” between Japan and the US.
